AVOCADO CHIPOTLE BLACK BEAN DIP
Ingredients 
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 package Simply Organic Chipotle Black Bean Dip
- 2 just-ripe avocados, peeled and diced
Directions
- Combine Simply Organic Chipotle Black Bean Dip Mix and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat and let sit and cool to room temperature. Stir in diced avocado. Chill and serve.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix water and Chipotle Black Bean Dip Mix.
Chef Suggestions
Serve with your favorite chips. Top with sour cream.

COCOA MINT BROWNIES
Ingredients 
- 1 package Simply Organic Cocoa Brownie Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted, unsalted butter
- 2 to 3 teaspoons peppermint flavor
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mix, eggs, butter and peppermint flavor. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread in 8×8- inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

For “death by chocolate,” add 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips.
For a super sweet treat, frost brownies with white or chocolate frosting, or have fun and swirl the two frostings together.
