As a mom of 2 I know that the real Halloween nightmare is when your kids come back from their school, their party or their trick or treating and they have a bag full of unhealthy treats.
I believe in health but I also believe in the fun of treat or tricking so for years I have been trying ways to deal with this amounts of unhealthy candy and at home I try different version of how to deal with it from telling my kids to keep and eat 3 candies to others more creative but not so effective.
Then I realized Halloween can be a great moment to teach them and empower them in their own choices. So trough this simple healthy Halloween Game I believe kids can learn about the ingredients they should avoid and I believe they did! Know my kids now clearly.
