We love the timeless beauty of Southern California and Baja and we’re committed to keeping it that way. Whenever possible, we have chosen products and programs that we believe to be both environmentally and socially pro-active. From serving as much seafood as possible caught locally or from sustainable fisheries, as certified by MSC and Seafood Watch, to sourcing most of our meat from Myers Meat, in Montana, which was recently recognized by the Humane Society for humane treatment of their cattle, we resolve to be as environmentally-friendly a restaurant as possible. And at SOL we make sure that everything that can be recycled, is recycled
